Former The OC actress Mischa Barton has been officially charged with a DUI and possession of marijuana by an LA judge. The charges stem from her arrest in December last year.

Mischa Takes her Puppies for a Walk

Days after being arrested for a DUI, Mischa Barton took her puppies Charlie and Ziggy for a walk in Beverly Hills on Saturday. The former OC was scheduled to appear the opening of the new Las Vegas nightclub CatHouse, but pulled out at the last minute due to her conviction.

Mischa's DUI

Former The OC star Mischa Barton was arrested for driving under the influence on Thursday morning in West Hollywood. She was pulled over by police at 2:46am after being seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal a turn. Barton was then arrested for DUI and driving without a valid licence. Later that morning, Barton was released after posted $10,000 bail.
