Actors Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are joining the list of stars supporting US Presidential candidate Barack Obama. The pair were at a Obama fundraiser on Sunday night at the Rumor nightclub in Boston. Other celeb supporters of Senator Obama include Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, George Glooney, Brad Pitt, Jada Pinkett Smith and hubby Will Smith, Kate Walsh, Forest Whitaker, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Tyra Banks and Obama-lover Oprah. This, of course, is a shortened list of the full support cast for Obama (see the full list here).

Little Violet Affleck joined her mummy Jennifer Garner on Thursday for a stroll in New York City, despite the fact that the weather was less than ideal!

Jennifer Garner Named 'West Virginian of the Year'

Jennifer Garner was named 'West Virginian of the Year' on Sunday "for her dedication, work ethic and unique role as role model and ambassador for West Virginia". Garner was born in Houston, but moved to Charleston in 1976 at the age of 4. Her mother, Pat, told the Sunday Gazette-Mail (Charleston's newspaper) that her daughter "is pretty passionate about her love of West Virginia - she considers it home."
