Heidi Tells: Spencer's Other Woman

The Hills on-off couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt open up in this week's issue of Us Magazine about their relationship - and an apparent infidelity on Spencer's behalf. With the tension evident in the trailer for the season three extension episodes, where Heidi tells Spencer "When we get back to L.A., I need you to move out...", Heidi told Us that she and Spencer "may differ on what it means to cheat."
